I’m 24 and teach full time. I have a dog. She is a pitbull mix who weighs 46lbs. She is pretty young so has energy and doesn’t bark when I leave for work. She will bark when she smells someone new in the apartment but stops after like 2 barks. She is mainly with me in my room but also out with me if I am cooking or in the living room. She is in my room or crated in the living room while I am not home. Second roommate is Krysta she is 26 years old and works in the city but works from home two days out of the week. Looking for someone who does like dogs of course. My dog doesn’t get along with cats so preferably no cats. However my current roommate whom I’ve lived with for 2 years has a cat and we’ve made it work with no issues. We just make sure to let each other know if they’re out in the main area. Looking for a roommate around our age and that keeps a clean space. I’ve lived in this building for 2 years now and absolutely love it and haven’t had any issues and would love to live here again.
