Vintage home is fully remodeled with refinished fir floors ( no shoe policy-slippers or inside shoes preferred or socks ) an upscale kitchen and gas range, French doors leading to outside deck. Backyard with veranda and firepit. Home is easy walking distance to grocery stores, banks, theatre , library, park bars and restaurants etc.

Homeowner is the only occupant and spends time away at girlfriends house nearby 1/3 of the time. General Contractor self-employed.

I am open to a longer term roommate as long as the fit works.
