I travel for work as a driver. My son is often in another city for remodeling jobs with his partner and sometimes away for a short period of time . Therefore, the house is empty with no activity and that is not a ideal situation. I had made it possible for the roomie to be able to have privacy in their own bedroom, suit. Need a trustworthy Professional to help out. looking for someone that is not only trustworthy, but also have a financial goal in mind no personal drama/drugs / ill habits/no animals wholesome all the way person. I need someone to be mindful of utilities, which is included in the 750 a month that means to me and for them ,turn off lights no excessive running of water to keep the price reasonable for both of us, the kitchen is a common area, which is welcome to use there is a grill fire grill. Welcome to use washer and dryer for clothes. Only welcome to use once a week. Bedlinen should go to the laundry mat for proper washing. Must be able to have mail sent to a PO Box or other no use of the property mailbox. The bedroom does have a locking key. There is a driveway facing the window of the room that you could drive into.
