Hello, the apartment is located at Springs at Sandstone Ranch in Longmont. It’s a great place to live and fairly quiet. Walmart, McDonald’s, and Longs Peak Hospital all within a 2-minute driving distance. The master suite of the apartment is available June 1st. You will have your own room and bathroom to yourself. We will share a kitchen and living space. The apartment has a drink fridge attached to the kitchen island as well as a wine rack. Two pools and two gyms on the property. 10-minute drive to downtown Longmont and to I-25.

Ideally, I find a roommate who wants to live here through the duration of the lease which expires June 2027. I can be flexible on move in date.
