Hello! This is a two bedroom, two bath apartment. We are looking for a fourth girl to share one of the rooms as both are doubles and it is all girls! Each double has their own bathroom, this apartment has an in unit washer and dryer within the apartment, has a private balcony, gas stoves, spacious closet, central AC, and the community amenities include a fitness center with sauna, three different hot tubs and solar heated pools, it is also pet friendly, with assigned covered parking, outdoor grilling areas, as well as walking trails near Lake Miramar! Some utilities are included but do not exceeded past $100! It is a very quiet, beautiful, and full of nature neighborhood! The town center is also not far from the apartment complex! The first months rent, deposit, utilities pay would be about $890 in total! After the first months rent, the monthly rent will amount to $720 a month!

We have three of us in total thus far, myself and another one of us are going to be graduating from UCSD this spring, however the other roommate will still be attending school in the fall! I also will be continuing to work at the schools police department for the next year! Our other roommate is a student at Cal State San Marcos who will also be graduating this spring! She works as a behavior technician! We are all 22, and are all very sweet and welcoming people! We would love to have someone who is friendly and open to forming friendships live with us as we are all friends with one another and would love to have someone who want to create a comfortable and safe living space with us!
