About the room
I have a private master bedroom available at the beginning of June for $1,855 month in Costa Mesa with an attached huge balcony and private bathroom. The place is fully furnished, except for the room. The huge private patio/balcony can be its own private entrance and is attached to the room with a sliding door and a big closet. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, a parking spot for two in a covered garage and the complex has a pool and jacuzzi. I can bike to the beach in about 10 minutes on my ebike! The view is absolutely gorgeous of Huntington Beach and I can even see downtown LA from my balcony! We have a storage unit in the garage and a locked room to park bikes. Utilities are typically $200/month with cable, internet, gas and electric. This is a month to month lease, but I’ve been in this unit for 3 years and enjoy living here. It’s a privately owned condo so we pay rent to an owner. Small pets are allowed.
About the roomies
A no drama, cool working professional is preferred. I am a 45 year old working woman and want to find someone who is clean, respectful, friendly, nonsmoker and nice to hang out with. I don’t mind if you have people over, I just have to be in bed Sun-Thurs by 9pm so weeknights I just chill. It’s important for me to get along well with my roommate and feel comfortable when coming home. I travel a lot, like to have fun and go out so I sometimes leave on the weekends. My motto is work hard, play hard! My passion is house/techno music, but don’t worry, I keep quiet at home. :) I’ll be available to meet after 5pm weekdays and look forward to meeting you!
