About the room

Fully furnished studio garage bedroom that is close to shopping, downtown, the lake, and eateries. The room has a furnished kitchenette, sitting area, desk for eating/working, full/queen bed, dresser, one closet and one pantry closet, with a full bathroom, portable dishwasher, and a built in ac unit. (Heat is controlled in the main home). The door locks on both sides for both or our privacy. It has a private entrance and 1 parking spot next to the entry door, (please do not block the gate). Laundry room is in the main home, just the other side of the bedroom door.

About the roomies

My son and I live in the main home. We have 3 inside cats between the 2 of us and his 2 outside dogs. I raise chickens and ducks to sell eggs, I love to do crafts and gardening. We are usually quiet and stay to ourselves. My son rides a motorcycle.
