Hello! One of my roommates is moving out, and we’re trying to find someone that can move in on June 1st, or potentially July 1st.

We have a three bedroom apartment in Prelude at Paramount Apartments. The room available is a corner bedroom with lots of natural light. The apartment has a large kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and we have our own washing machine & dryer in the unit. We have central air, and in the winter we tend to keep the heat on a lower setting (68-70 or so). The bedroom does not have its own private bath - you would be sharing with one roommate (me). But the bathroom is spacious and comes with drawers and under-sink storage for both of us.

Your bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. We have a dining table and chairs, and two couches and TV in the living room.

What we’re looking for in a roommate: Kind, respectful of common spaces, LGBTQA+ FRIENDLY, bonus points if you like animals (but don’t worry, our pets are not allowed in your room). There is no smoking on property, and management is very strict about that. We do not keep alcohol in the apartment, and would ask that you don’t either. We prefer a female or non-binary roommate. We do need someone that can move in on or near June-July 1, and an application process is required with the complex. Sorry, no under the table tenants here. We also cannot have anymore pets; the complex has a strict 2-pet limit, and we are at that limit.

Rent and utilities are split between the three of us, and typically run around 50-70/month. We currently have 14 months left on our lease.

We are two single women in our 40s (but young at heart). I work from home with a job I love, and because of this I pay the bulk of the internet - making it cheaper for you! I have an ESA dog, who is eleven years old and extremely loving. I am partially disabled and am very much a homebody. I love to cook and bake (and share!), and I spend a lot of time gaming in my room. My roommate spends a lot of time out and about, loves nature, the gym, and also cooking. She has young adult children that sometimes visit, and they are very sweet. She has a kitten who is sweet and curious.
