About the room
This room is on the second floor of my Town House which is located on a green belt in Fair Oaks. Fantastic access to hiking trails and the river and Lake Natoma. The room itself is nice, connects to your own bathroom, and has a nice size closet. I have extra storage space in the other spare room that you can use as well!
I have listed the room as furnished but it can be unfurnished if you prefer.
About the roomies
I am 37, single, and live here with my dog Leo. I work from home and he and I go hiking around Sailor Bar all the time. My neighbors are awesome and we are generally a very quiet and active community. I spend my evenings going to the gym, and visiting with friends and usually am out and about on the weekends.
