About the property

Aloha, the 1bed/1bath unit I’m in is available June 1st. It’s fully furnished with a king bed, a very comfortable couch and a smaller pull out couch in the living room for guests. Unit has a brand new stove and toilet, a storage closet on the lanai for things and tons of cabinet space throughout the unit. Utilities and wifi are included except for electric. Electric runs me 60-90 bucks a month depending on how much I’m using all the fans. There is no ac in the unit. It is close to the beach and easy to walk to the store and the beaches. Lease term is a year. It’s a quiet property and has a view of the ocean from the lanai. The property does not allow pets unless they are service animals.
