Temporary rental, four month maximum. Furnished room and private bath in three-story townhouse in small complex, in quiet neighborhood. Hopefully you like cats because my sweet little cat lives here with me part time (she also lives with my boyfriend and goes between our two houses.) She’s almost three years old and is very sweet and friendly. The townhouse is beautifully furnished with modern amenities in a tranquil setting. The townhouse is around the corner from the Napa hospital and many medical offices; it’s .24 miles away so about a 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive. The neighborhood is a mix of townhomes and single family homes in a safe and enjoyable environment, nice for walking around the neighborhood and/or shopping for groceries or going out to a restaurant. The furnished bedroom is on the first floor. The private bathroom with shower stall is just beside the bedroom. The common areas are located on the second floor and feature a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living area has a large TV and comfortable furniture for relaxing after a long day. There is a quaint deck off the living area for enjoying cool evenings.
