The apartment is in an independent living apartment building. Minimum age is 62. It has a kitchenette for meals. Coin operated laundry machines on all floors. The unit is on the fourth floor and comes with an elevator. Parking is available.
About the roomies
I am 82 and recently widowed. I have a caregiver that comes in twice a week for four hours. Frankly, I’m lonely. I have an extra bedroom available, so why not offer it to someone that could have an affordable living quarters, with people their own age. I know there are a lot of people with only social security to live on. That’s not much nowadays. If need be, she could always prepare meals or anything else. That is not the big “S”.
