My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take their place. Not open to people with children. Potentially open to someone partnered provided that they wouldn’t be staying with you more than half the time. Perhaps open to dogs, but the building has breed restrictions and pet fees. You would get the master bedroom with the en-suite full bath. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is plentiful. Maintenance is very polite and responsive. The apartment has a community pool and other events at the clubhouse (monthly cooking class is my favorite). The apartment is right by Valparaiso Univeristy. You would not owe a security deposit. There are other fees and bills I can give you the numbers for, but best not get bogged down here. I live on the 2nd floor; the apartment is accessible via stairs, but there is no elevator. There’s a screened in balcony that’s lovely in the summer time. I’d be happy to send you photos for reference; I just don’t feel comfortable putting my space on the internet for anyone to see idk.

I’m queer. I keep a clean space. I always pay bills early or on-time. I work as a mental health counselor at an agency in town and am working my way up to full-time. I mostly work evenings. I text back as immediately as possible. I’m a bit of a homebody, but generally keep to myself. I spend most of my Saturdays at the climbing gym. I don’t really drink, but don’t have a problem if you do. I run cold and prefer to keep the thermostat around 72°. I am a night owl through and through, preferring to go to bed at 2AM and wake up around noon when I don’t have to be up early for something. I have a cat who is very shy with new people, but is the sweetest guy once he gets to know you (I am obsessed with him and will not apologize for it).
