About the property

We’re looking for one more roommate! I’m a 35/F and the other roommate is 33/M. We are both a little on the nerdy side, enjoying TT games, video games, and just hanging out and socializing! The house is 2100 sqft, and includes a large basement and very large backyard with a garden (1/4 acre), as well as 4-car driveway. We’d love to find someone willing to help a bit with yard upkeep, or who could teach us a thing or two about gardening! Just a couple times a month for a few hours- less in the winter. There’s a livingroom/sitting room on the main floor and a more cozy livingroom/den in the basement, so plenty of space for guests if you have any! As well as to not feel cramped. :) The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. Sorry, we really don’t have any room for additional furniture! Though we could make room for a bookshelf or two (or something similar in size). There is an outdoor storage shed, as well as a little space in the basement for storage, if needed. The basement also has a workbench and lots of space for crafts or hobbies! All utilities are included in the price, even fiber internet! Also, there are 3 pets already- 2 cats and a dog, so we are at the lease limit and can’t have any more, unless your pet is a registered service animal or ESA. We’re located in the Cully neighborhood (NE), on a deadend street so very little cross traffic, and neighbors are friendly.
