I have a private home with a fenced in yard in a safe, quiet area of Harris Park, St. Petersburg. You would have your own furnished private bedroom with a Queen sized bed, dresser, closet & night table, along with use of your own bathroom. I do have a swim spa (giant jacuzzi) that I am opening up soon & you would have access to that as well. Parking is available on the street in front of my house or in the driveway under the sun sail if I am out (feel free to use the spot - it keeps my car cool!) Full use of the kitchen is available as well & all bills included in the rent. Please be dog friendly as I do have dogs & cats. They are super friendly & will mind their own business & sleep in my room most nights or in the living room. There is a key pad for the front door and security cameras on premises.

About the roomies

I am the only person that lives here with my dogs and am opening my home to a roommate to earn extra cash. I do not mind if you are 420 but would request you smoke outside in the yard. I am also sober nearly 19 years, but don’t mind if you have drink occasionally. As I mentioned above, I do have dogs & cats, so please do not be allergic or afraid. The dogs are super friendly & mostly mind their own business. If you want attention from them, they are happy to give it. I am 58 years old and looking for full time employment but it’s been very difficult, so I am wanting someone that is responsible & reliable. I am not seeking any one that is confrontational regarding politics - I am not a fan of 47. I try to keep the house relatively clean & prefer a person that will clean up after themselves & be tidy.
