Must have good credit and stable income. clean, careful, respectful, quiet. It is month to month rental. the basement has its own door to backyard, full kitchen and full bathroom (shared with another male), washer and dryer in the kitchen. No smoking, No pet, No drugs, No parties, No visitors. the house is close to Rt 50, few minutes to Walmart shopping center and 20 minutes to Dulles airport and Silver line metro station. All utilities and wifi are free.

Home owners are living upper stairs. we are quiet family, looking for quiet and respectful people to live in our basement rooms.
