• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living areas
• Shared full bathroom plus additional half bath
• Off-street parking
• No washer/dryer on site (laundromat/dry cleaners nearby)
• Friendly dog in the home that is good with other dogs (May consider cat depending on compatibility)
• The room and closet will be empty. I cannot supply bedroom furniture

House expectations:

• No smoking inside (vaping is okay, but I prefer no cigarettes)
• Medical cannabis is okay, but no alcohol in the house
• Drug-free lifestyle (no misuse of prescription or illegal drugs)
• No overnight guests
• Respect for privacy (no entering each others personal room)
