There is a shared kitchen, living room, & bathrooms. Main floor is on a second floor of the home, the open bedroom is on the third floor along with a bathroom. The landlord lives on the first floor. There is on site parking, a front porch to sit on, minutes walking to downtown. This is a shared living environment, so everyone contributes to keeping the apartment clean and comfortable. There is a rotating weekly chore/trash schedule that all roommates participate in.

Typical Chores Include Vacuuming common areas (the apartment is carpeted except for the kitchen) Mopping the kitchen floor Cleaning the bathroom(s) you use. Currently downstairs bathroom is the male bathroom, upstairs bathroom is the female bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower. If a male moved in, both bathrooms would become shared amongst everyone. If a female moved in, she would get the upstairs bathroom to herself. Wiping down counters and shared furniture Cleaning the stovetop and inside of the microwave Taking out trash/recycling during assigned weeks

We’re looking for someone respectful, responsible, communicative, and comfortable contributing to a shared household environment.

The apartment is currently shared with 3 male roommates(4 roomies total) in their 20s. They are all professional ballet dancers, so while they do work consistently, their schedules can vary depending on whether they are actively in season or off season. The household is generally quiet, respectful, and focused on work and personal routines.
