This is a large private room, with a door that auto locks and has a private code to get in. It has a California King size bed and nice view of the neighborhood and trees from the window. There is a full size dresser and two night stands and a closet. There are two bathrooms that are shared between three rooms. It has brand new carpet and the whole house is recently renovated. This is a non-smoking and no pets household, very clean and spacious. Large yard, and deck for enjoying the outdoors.

There are two roommates in the upstairs area, one male and one female, that share the two bathrooms. There is also one female who lives in the basement, who shares the kitchen and laundry space.
