Beautiful sunny room up North, close to interstates and stores but still a relatively calm neighborhood. Big walk in closet, newly refinished hardwood floors, shared bathroom and kitchen spaces with 1 person (me:)) Space for storage in the basement or garage available as well. Room can be painted with my approval / will help with furnishing for the right person. Looking to find another chill person who wants a nice balance of their own space/vibe and something a little communal. Reach out!!

I’m a 28 yr old nonbinary service industry worker newer to MPLS, and I love to spend my time outside of work reading, riding my bike, hanging out by the river or going to antique shops! I have a dog (Louisiana Catahoula Cattle Dog) who is old and deaf and very sweet and a cat who is very chill so unfortunately cannot welcome more pets!!!!!!! Besides something small (reptile, rodent, fish etc) that would stay in your room. I won’t be home that much between 2 jobs and staying over at my partner’s place so looking for someone I can trust in my space. Look forward to hearing from you!
