We’re a laid-back household with a mix of male and female roommates ranging in age from about 35–60. The home has a calm, relaxed atmosphere and is generally quiet, clean, and respectful. Everyone keeps to themselves while still being friendly and considerate in shared spaces. We value open communication, mutual respect, and a drama-free environment. There’s one dog and one cat in the home, so being pet-friendly is important, though we’re not able to accommodate additional pets.

We also have a comfortable screened lanai overlooking the pool where smoking is allowed, and cocktails are perfectly fine. While this definitely isn’t a party house, it’s a relaxed, easygoing environment where people can unwind and feel at home.
