About the room

I am looking for someone to take over my Roomate’s half of the lease July 1st. The apartment is pretty newly renovated and is in a great area. The bedroom is a really big size and you would have your own bathroom. There’s a balcony and a shared kitchen, living, and dining room. The complex has a parking lot but you can pay for a garage.

About the roomies

You would be living with me and my two kitties. I am clean, respectful, and super friendly. My cats love people and are the sweetest. However, I am not able to have any additional pets in the apartment. I am really busy so I’m not home a ton. I have been sober a little over 5 years now so I would ask no drugs or alcohol in the apartment.
