About the room
You may have seen our roommate’s post as well who is the one moving out, Emma. We are looking for a new roommate for our 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens that’s only 2 mins from the Winthrop 2/5.
The apartment features a bright living room with a skylight, hardwood floors, central ac (wall units in each room), and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a in-unit laundry. (Photo of room from previous tenant to show with furniture)
You can move in as early as May 15th. It will be a lease takeover with the option to renew in August. Guarantors are welcome. Showings by appointment only.
New roommate would ideally be female/enby. No pets, please!
