About the room
We are renting one room in our home. It’s a nice place in South Everett, where we have lived in for 4 years. My fiancé has to move out for a year because of a family emergency, so in the meanwhile I am renting out the extra room.
You get the room to yourself of course, and we have a garage if you need some storage. There is a bath and a shower right down the hall from you. There is also a 3rd bathroom downstairs if needed.
The living room has a large TV and gaming set up (we play lot of card games). The dinner table area is basically set up as the gaming spot.
The place has a nice kitchen and appliances you are of course welcome to use. We also have unlimited hot water, so that is nice lol.
About the roomies
Currently living here are my good friend Andrew and I. We are laid-back liberal gamer guys in our late 30s. We don’t drink or smoke. We do have 2 cats that are inside only cats. The living room has a large TV and gaming set up (we play lot of card games)
We are LGBTQ friendly.
You can move in right away if it’s a good fit - but like I said the lease will be about a year. DM me what you do for a living and a bit about yourself, and we can schedule a meeting!
