$1,550/month with 3 tenants, or $1,162.50/month with 4 tenants. Security deposit $1550 for 3 tenants $1162.50 for 4 tenants. Move out clean fee $65 for 3 tenants $48.75 for 4 tenants. All utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, and internet are included up to $300 per utility bill).

The one bedroom available on the main floor has a queen-size bed with a 3“ Tempur-Adapt topper, 100% organic cotton sheets, and a cedar closet. There are 2 other bedrooms on the main floor, occupied with dependable, college graduate women.

The other bedroom available is situated above the garage - up a flight of steps - and has two twin-size beds, beautiful skylights, and a personal AC unit separate from the rest of the rooms. The twin beds can be modified to be 1 king bed or we can remove 1 bed to give you more space. This room has low ceilings so more ideal for a petite person.

There are two bathrooms: one is spacious with a full-size tub and looks out to the beautiful private backyard. The other one is smaller with golden pine walls and a walk in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ample natural light from the large skylight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a toaster, slow cooker, blender, and a food processor. There’s a walk-in pantry with tea, a coffeemaker, coffee grinder, and cocktail mixers.

The dining room has a long dining table that seats 6. The huge living room is the size of two rooms and has a large window to enjoy the lush front yard. There’s a 75“ LG TV with Apple TV, an Eames-style lounge chair.

The private yard is fully enclosed by a 7-foot cedar fence. When in season, you’ll be able to enjoy the fruit trees on the property, including Honey Crisp & Braeburn apples and Asian pears. The front yard wraps around to the back, which contains a private lush garden, a natural pond, and a brick patio with a picnic table and a solo stove bonfire with a grill. At night you can turn on the party lights for a festive air.

There are 2 mature, dependable college graduate women living in two of the bedrooms. The house has two bedrooms that are vacant that they are hoping to fill to split the cost of rent.
