Private Bedroom available in Ocean Beach with a wardrobe closet, separate privet entry door, and adjacent full-sized bathroom. Hello everyone. I have an 11’ X 11’ unfurnished bedroom available in a spacious room 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, that I currently live in. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and close to many stores and restaurants. There is an inside Washer & Dryer, a dishwasher, and it has extra space in the kitchen cabinets available. On street parking is usually available. Move in May 18, 2026. Rent: $1,500 + 1/3 utilities split. Security Deposit: $1,000. Roommates: Looking for a Roommate that is cleanly, respectful, has good positive energy, works full time (away from home) or goes to school full time, and is not just hanging out at home all day. You will be sharing the house primarily with me and my small friendly dog. My son stays in the 3rd BR when he is visiting on break form college. We are super chill, clean, non smoking, fun and respectful. I work away from home M-F 9:00-5:00ish and travel often. I love to be outside enjoying nature and/or seeing live music as much as possible.
