My beautiful house on the hill is located near Cal Poly, Pomona. Driving takes about 9 minutes. Freeway 10, 60 and 57, shopping areas, bus stops and parks are all close by. I have a big furnished bedroom with a walk-in closet for $1200 and another room without furniture for $1000 a month. Mt SAC is 5 minutes away. The bathroom has a full bath and 2 sinks. The rent includes utilities, internet, refrigerator use and parking on the drive way but it does “not” include “laundry” use.

I live alone with a dog and a rabbit. I am looking for a female roommate. I am a retired teacher.
