About the room
This lovely room is located in my spacious two-story home. All bedrooms are upstairs. The house will be shared with two other ladies. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. Both of them have cats. There will be three cats total living on the premises. The room is in the right corner of the house when you walk upstairs, making it more private and secluded. The closet is decently sized with plenty of shelving and hanging space. The room is furnished with a full-sized bed frame and mattress, a dresser, a nightstand, and a mounted 55“ smart TV. Rent is a flat rate of $1,000 per month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet. The room will be available in June. Please message me with any questions! :)

The two young ladies who currently reside here are Sarah (27) and Sierra (23).
