I’m a responsible and easygoing person who values a clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment. I work regularly and keep a fairly steady routine, but I’m also easy to get along with and respectful of personal space. I enjoy a quiet and relaxed home, but I’m friendly and open to conversation as well.

The place has plenty of space, and right now it’s just me living here since my grandmother recently moved out. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, respectful, and keeps things reasonably clean.
