This is a two bedroom apartment in Royal Harbor. Second floor, 15 steps. Only a two story building, on a canal that leads out to the inlet (where the Naples Princess is docked). Looking for someone quiet.
Large living dining area. Spacious kitchen. Two separate bedrooms, both spacious with operable windows. AC throughout. Wifi strong. Electric and water included.
Bathroom is standard. Walk in shower, dual showerheads. Tile throughout the floors, very nice!
About the roomies
It is just me at the residence. I work early, my shift is 5-1:30 so I am up and gone before most wake up. I am very quiet, usually on the laptop or ipad or phone.
