You’ll have the whole upstairs to yourself including your own bedroom and private bathroom, with access to a downstairs fully updated kitchen, large living room, dining area, and a two-tier deck overlooking a large fenced yard.

The layout offers great privacy—I occupy a separate downstairs bedroom and living space, so shared areas are minimal (primarily the kitchen, if desired).

Utilities and WiFi are included. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

Location is a major highlight—set in a quiet, convenient area just a short walk to downtown Lombard and about a 10-minute walk to the Metra train. The home sits right on a bike path and is only 15 minutes from the beautiful Morton Arboretum.
