About the room
Two bedrooms for rent for 750 apiece, one furnished room and one needing a bed. The rooms are sunny, quiet , located in multigenerational multi-ethnic neighborhood. I have two bulldogs so being kind to them is a must. Shared bathroom and laundry on the hall. Kitchen privileges and common areas,too. Near shopping, parks, Y, business and highway. Must provide first, last month’s rent and security at signing.
About the roomies
I’m a woman of faith. I work part-time and volunteer at my church. I don’t believe in overnight visitors especially since I live on property. Close friends are welcome to visit during the day and most nights leaving by 10 . Welcome a few weekends but not all the time. I like to cook and share food.
