LGBTQ+ house located in a quiet north Portland neighborhood. There are plently of charming restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as a Max stop to head downtown. A total of 6 people live on the property (two people per floor) so you’d only share a floor and bathroom with one other person. Rent is usually a little under $800 including utilities. Room will be unfurnished

We all work full time so it’s pretty quiet during the weekdays. We’ll occasionally have a party on the weekend that every roommate is invited to, but it’s otherwise quiet most weekends as well. We work pretty well together and communicate any thoughts or problems we have openly. There are two cats on the property, one who is very shy and another who isn’t afraid to say hi!
