In search of a roomie that’s clean, responsible, and easygoing. I love having a peaceful and clean home where everyone feels welcome 😊 Preferably someone who has had roommates before and prioritizes cleanliness. This is not a party home, it’s a very relaxing space where everyone gets along.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood in North Richland Hills. It’s a 3 bed, 2 bath property with fully furnished common areas. Utilities are split evenly between everyone. Buying common items like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. is rotated.

There’s no garage parking, but we do have a four-car driveway plus street parking available. There’s no smoking indoors and unfortunately no pets. We also have:

• Washer & dryer in-unit 🧺
• Extra storage in a backyard shed 📦
• A huge backyard with a patio for relaxing 🌿

Your Room: The room is 11 ft. x 11 ft. with a walk-in closet. The photos show it with a queen size air mattress. It has four windows facing the west and south so there is a lot of sunshine! It can get warm in the summer, if it’s too warm I will gladly get you a window A/C unit.

🙋‍♀️ About Me & House Expectations: I’m the owner of the home, but I will be moving to Colorado in July. I’ve managed rent-by-the-room properties before without any issues. I’m thoughtful about choosing roommates because it’s important that everyone gets along while still respecting personal space.

Some house expectations include:

• Keeping common areas clean 🧼
• Washing dishes within 24 hours 🍽️
• Not leaving personal items in shared spaces 🚫
• Quiet hours starting at 11 PM (weekends are flexible) 🌙

Roomie one is a pharmacy tech. She’s sweet, funny, and quiet. She mainly hangs out in her room, but she is very sociable and welcoming. She’s a fantastic cook and shares her food a lot! She is going on three years of living in the house.

Roomie two is moving in this June from Houston. She is a teacher in the area and is very sweet. She loves movie nights and game nights, but she will be at her boyfriend’s house a lot.
