Hi there! If this add is still up, we are still looking for the right fit! One bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) available for rent in our 2400 sq ft, fully furnished beach house on Mission Bay with PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN and RESPECTFUL housemates.

Location: Located on Mission Bay, just steps from the BEACH, boardwalk and volleyball court. Walk to all the parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont Park shops.

Lease start date: Monday June 1st.

• Rent $1800, Security Deposit $1800, plus Utilities (Electric, water, Internet, cleaning service)

• 1 bedroom with shared bathroom

• PARKING Spot available if interested

• Washer / Dryer in unit

• We are a NON smoking/NON vaping property

• No pets due to allergies

• Utilities (SDGE, water, internet and cleaning service split between housemates)

• No WFH

About our beach house:

• 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath, 3 story Beach House

• Front Deck with BBQ, Outdoor Couches, fire pit and Sun Umbrella

• Front Balcony (views of Ocean and Bay)

• Beach Toys – beach cruisers, kayak, volleyball, cornhole, bocce balls, horse shoes, paddle boards, surf boards etc.

• Monthly cleaning service

We are not looking to just fill a room; we are looking for someone who is a great fit for our beach house! We are all social, enjoy a good BBQ and definitely like to go out on the weekends, but due to our professional careers, work schedules and active lifestyles, we do not bring the party home.
