My home is a charming one-story, 3 BR, 2 bath home. I am seeking a roommate with whom to share the common areas of my home. Your personal space is a lovely queen bedroom, well-lit and fully furnished, with large double closet, chest of drawers, nightstands, antique secretary desk and mounted TV. Shared (for now) full bath. All linens included. Washer/Dryer and shared refrigerator and pantry. Stunning patio and beautiful yard. The house is clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Neighborhood is quiet with a small lake with walking trail and a community pool. Parking in driveway or on the street. I have two pets - a friendly and quiet medium sized mixed breed female dog and a ridiculously friendly female tuxedo cat. They both love people; we are not seeking to add any additional pets to our home! Two pets is more than enough for our lovely home. Area is close to everything - shopping, restaurants, churches, hospitals, entertainment, and freeways.

I’m a soon-to-be-retired actively Christian senior lady who looks and pretends to be 10 years younger. I am energetic and love to garden, cook, and spend time with friends (rarely at my home, but occasionally). I currently have a lovely female roommate of similar age and qualities who came to me as an Airbnb guest 3 years ago and who was so delightful I invited her to stay on as a roommate, which she gratefully accepted. She has family in the area and spends every afternoon and most nights visiting with them. We are both heterosexual women but neither of us have a partner or any desire to date! (We don’t bring men home, nor do we have overnight house guests). We share dinner together twice a week and enjoy a glass of wine after dinner on my lovely and very zen patio. (We are not big drinkers but enjoy some wine with dinner and a little James Taylor (or the like) afterwards while sharing stories of our lives.) We are both cheerful and fun to be around but are also respectful of each other’s privacy and quiet time. While I’d love for my roommate to stay on indefinitely, I fear that she may at some point feel the need to move in with her family. I am seeking to find another “Golden Girls” roommate to fill the void in companionship while she’s out visiting her family and/or if she should decide to leave as well as to share expenses so we can all enjoy life a little more without stressing too much over our living expenses. Minimum stay is one month - to see how it goes; Maximum stay is set at 3 months, which should be long enough to see what our roommate chemistry is. If we decide to extend it after that, we can work out the details then.
