The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom place with openings for 2 of the bedrooms. The rent covers water and heating, but we will need to pay for Electricity, Gas, and Wifi. The apartment is large with a big living space, and the rooms are quite big. This apartment is located in an excellent locations, with a very short walk to the nearest B line train station, as well as various nearby groceries. In addition to that, the area is a very vibrant place, with a diverse community.

As of now, there are 3 people living in the apartment, but 2 people are leaving in August. I am a 21 year old recent graduate from BU, and am planning to continue to stay in Boston for a year to pursue teaching and continue research in my field of study. I usually work during the day time, am mostly in my room, and cook on a regular basis. I rarely bring people over to my place, keep the place clean, and don’t make much noise. I am a trans person, so I am looking to room with other queer people, but that is not a hard exception for me. I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 30.
