Hi! This is a very cute 3 bed 1 bath house in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver. It’s very safe and walkable, I’ve lived her for 3 years and planning on resigning again! We are looking for somebody to take over the last few months of the current lease as one of our roommates moved in with her boyfriend, who hopefully would also like to resign for the next year starting Aug 1. Laundry on site (shared with the unit below us), free street parking and as well as a shared spot out back, free additional storage in the back as well! The landlord will require a background check, he’s very friendly and professional.
