I own a home in northwest Oklahoma City and am currently looking for one additional roommate. The house is located in the Tuscany Lakes neighborhood near NW 122nd St. and County Line Rd. The address says Yukon, but the house is in NW OKC, not Yukon proper.

The home is brand new, and the available bedroom has never been lived in. The room measures approximately 9’7“ x 9’10“, with a closet that is 2’4“ x 5’4“. It has waterproof wood-look vinyl flooring, a large window with natural light, and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is the home’s guest bathroom and would be shared with one other roommate. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and ready to use, while the available bedroom is unfurnished.

The house has a two-car garage, so the three of us could rotate who gets to park in the garage monthly. There is also plenty of street parking.

I already have a washer and dryer inside the house.

The house has a medium sized, fenced backyard. The safety ratings in this section of OKC are very good. The house is very close to the Kilpatrick Turnpike.

Monthly rent is $650, plus utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet), which are split evenly among the three roommates. I prefer a fixed-term lease but am open to a variety of lease lengths.

My current roommate and I both serve on the ministry staff at Crossings Community Church, and our faith is an important part of our daily lives. We value creating a home that is peaceful, respectful, and comfortable for everyone. Our home will be fairly quiet and low-key, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a similar environment and values a clean, considerate living space. While we’re always happy to have friends over occasionally, this isn’t a party house - it’s more of a restful place to come home to at the end of the day.

We would love to find a roommate who is interested in being friends, not just sharing a house as strangers. We have strong community through our church, so this could be a great fit for someone who is looking to get connected as well.

I also have a very laid-back cat and plan to adopt a puppy later this summer (July or August). I take full responsibility for their care and make it a priority to keep the home clean and well cared for. These will be the only pets in the house.
