Furnished (if needed) room and bath available in duplex near Colonial and Semoran. Free use of living room and screened porch (I rarely use them). Shared use of kitchen and garage/laundry room. Backyard is not fully enclosed, but that can be fixed if necessary.

I’m a homebody in my mid-40s and spend the majority of my time in either my office (3rd bedroom) or the kitchen. I am a bit of a do-it-yourselfer when I can. I’ve had both male and female roommates and have gotten along wonderfully with both.
