The room is furnished with a single bed night stand and small dresser but if you have a bedroom set you’re welcome to bring that . The house is furnished except for the game room . I have a washer and dryer but ask you to use it only once a week .

I’m a 59 year old woman separated have 2 grown daughters been living in the house I rent for over 5 years I work overnight shift full time .im a very clean person can’t stand clutter lol I do smoke but not in the house . I have no animals but occasionally will watch my daughter’s small dog when she goes out of town for work. I’m not a big drinker but I do smoke cannabis outside the house
