Hello! We are two girls in a Ballston townhouse looking for a 3rd person to take a one year lease with two rooms (bedroom and an office) w/ a private bath. July 1st move in. Rent is $1550. You would have two good sized, sunlit rooms, both with closets and your own private bathroom. There is a “floating” parking spot available in the community lot for free. The townhouse is walkable to Ballston Quarter amenities and the metro. The main floor has a living area + dining room + full kitchen + half bath. There is also laundry in the finished basement and an outdoor back deck. We are not able to accommodate pets due to allergies.
About the roomies
We are in our late 20s, and are looking for someone who prioritizes a clean space + being friendly and kind! We are in a townhouse, so we have a communal living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room that are all fully furnished.
