Hello, this home is well loved. The front yard is full of flora, the backyard is spacious and open. I am finishing renovations in the basement to open another room for rent, with a second living room and bathroom.

Only me occupying the property, I am 24yo non-binary (Female). I work in medicine and Foster advocacy, 30-60 hours/week. When I am home, I like to sit on my front steps, play music from my record player, renovate the basement, garden the yards, read or study medicine. My cats are Layne (9mo, F) and Zazu (6yo, M), they are both very sweet and cuddly. Plus a foster kitten, Nolvasan (7mo, F).
