I am looking for a female to take over my daughter’s lease for the remaining three months from now until July of 2026. She and her other roommates are done at GVSU. It’s a four bedroom and four-bathroom large townhouse style apartment (Meadows Crossing Apartments) very close to Grand Valley. The apartment has many amenities including an outdoor pool and spa, sand volleyball, basketball courts, recreation room, 24-hour fitness center, and on- tanning beds. The rent would be $600 per month. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, and in unit laundry area. This is a female unit with 3 other roommates who will also likely be moving home permanently as well for the remainder of the three months. Rent includes utilities.

There may be only one other female in the four private bedroom and private bathroom townhouse style apt. My daughter is now home from Grand Valley forever, so we need someone to sublease her room asap.
