About the room
The area is pretty decent. It’s eatonville. Full fenced in backyard for kids to play, grill area, local library and family dollar 5mins away.
You will have your own room already fully furnished with closet available. I have a small open parking garage that you can park your car in, for your peace of mind. I can park my vehicle behind and we will work together if we need to move vehicles to get in and out. No problem!
Full kitchen available to use.
About the roomies
It is me, my ex fiancé and my child living here. He will be moving out. So I would prefer someone with a child also just trying to get by. This home is available until February 2027. As I will be moving into my own home with my son. So I will not be renewing the lease. The rental company will step in at that time.
I celebrate holidays. Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter and decorate for these seasons. You are more than welcome to enjoy these perks as well during the holidays.
No hard drugs allowed. Smoking can be done on the front porch.
