Hi if you are going to USF Tampa and looking for an apartment nearby take a look at this beautiful 2 properties and kind employees and kind people full access to both properties amenities of pools, 24/7 gym, lounge, and study area( including printers). I have one Roomate, and my Roomate are super kind people but will be leaving around the same time as move in . I have enjoyed my time here I however have to move away due to personal issues. It is their platinum 4X4.5 apartment. USF is walkable however the complex has a free bus that will pick up from the apartment complex and USF. THE MOVE IN WILL BE AUGUST 1st,2026!
