value my privacy. the basement has a large bedroom and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. a large living space in the lower level , but I plan on darts and pool table soon. A large couch with reclining features and a fireplace that does not work , but a big tv would look cool. there is a back porch area with personal walk out . Many trees and a creek in back yard. we have shared kitchen on upper level and laundry is on lower level next to your room, new washer and dryer.
