Connor's room

The townhouse is within walking distance from the Oak Street light rail station (W-line) in Lakewood, as well as close to shopping and restaurants. US-6 and I-70 are minutes away. The spare room is upstairs on the west side of the house. There is a full bath adjacent to the bedroom that can be considered private. Washer and dryer are also located upstairs adjacent to the bedroom. I am asking $800 mo. includes utilities and the internet. I do not have cable TV. You’ll have to set that up and pay for it, if you want that.

I am responsible and like to have a clean house and I ask that smoking stays outdoors. I currently have 1 dog and 2 cats, and would prefer not to add another animal to the house. However I am open to talking about it first.
