About me: Working professional in education, clean, respectful, and easygoing. I like a mix of going out and staying in (hiking, camping, dancing, thrifting, farmers markets). Friendly but also value personal space.
Looking for: • Stable income + able to pass apartment application • Clean and consistent with shared spaces • Good communication, low-drama • Non-smoker (no cigarettes); occasional cannabis ok • Must be comfortable living with a service dog (no additional dogs)
Guest expectations: I have a partner visit about once a month (and possibly a week in December). Looking for someone with a similar level of guests or less.
