🌞 Summer Sublet Available – Private Room + Bathroom 🌞 Looking for someone to take over a room in our apartment for the summer! 🛏️ The Room: Private bedroom with full bed + dresser (furnished) Your own attached private bathroom Access to fully stocked kitchen (cookware, dishes, etc.) Dishwasher, WiFi, and parking available 🏡 The Vibe: Clean, relaxed, and respectful space Looking for someone easygoing and communicative 🐾 Pets: I have two cats (both ESAs) — they’re well cared for (litter robot, cleaned regularly), so you must be okay with cats! 💛 Lifestyle Notes: My boyfriend visits/stays over fairly often, especially in the summer, so you need to be comfortable with that We mostly keep to ourselves and hang out in the room aside from cooking ✨ Bonus: cute bar cart setup if you enjoy that kind of thing If you’re clean, chill, and looking for a comfortable place for the summer, message me with a bit about yourself!

If preferred you can share the room with someone for the summer and I can pay rent + all utilities & elecricity and u both split rent so it’d be 885 for both.

About the roomies

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep common areas tidy, communicate well, and am pretty low-drama. I mostly spend time in my room but I’m friendly and like having a chill, comfortable home environment.
